Then headlines will shift to tout the new homebuyers who never, ever, ever thought they could afford to buy a home. I also expect here will be more landlords as those able to diversify their investment portfolio with real estate.

Actually, there will be fewer landlords going forward, as the ROI on real estate is at generational lows. There are plenty of alternate options available for a return on your money, that don't involve playing wet nurse to the rental class.
